admission from obs/postnatal:
warm in incubator
check baby's body
do gastric lavage(GL)+ Ear surface swab(ESS) *before bathing
first feeding should be done by nurse
bath only when body temp >37c
any PU and PM(meconium)

first milk formula should be prescribed by doctor
